If you have private health insurance with dental extras, please bring your insurance card and we will process your claim in the spot. You will then pay and gaps which are not covered by your fund (A physical health fund card is required to process your claim).
What to bring to your dental appointment
- Health Insurance Membership Card
- Medicare Card/DVA Card- For families eligible to claim for the CDBS Child Dental Benefit Schedule or DVA gold/white card holders
- Medical History/ Medication details

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a Patient History Form.
Clinic Location / Parking
Street parking is available on Murrumbeena Road and Dunoon Street – please take note of parking signs and time restrictions. Parking is also available in staff private area at rear of the building, entry via Murrumbeena Road lane way at side of shops or Railway Parade.
